Refund Policy

ReviewDeck Team, Studio and Studio Unlimited licences are sold through Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle in accordance with this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms. The free app has nothing to refund.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, for any reason. Approved refunds are returned in full to the original payment method.

Customers in the United Kingdom, EU, and EEA additionally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under consumer law. This right is independent of, and additional to, the 14-day refund offered above.

How to request a refund

• Use the refund link in your Paddle purchase receipt email.
• Or email [email protected] with your Paddle transaction ID or receipt number.

Refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 3 to 5 business days of approval. The exact timing in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

What happens to the licence

Once a refund is processed, the licence is revoked: the Team and Studio features switch off, and the licence file can no longer be downloaded or re-sent. The free app keeps working, and your reviews, notes and media are untouched. Licence records are deleted 90 days after a refund, as described in our Privacy Policy.
